About The Vandergrift Fine Arts Festival

The festval was created by The Vandergrift Improvement Program (VIP), a non-profit organization.
VIP ia a main street program dedicated to the protection, preservation, and restoration of Vandergrift by using a four point approach that focuses on organization, economic restructuring, promotion, and design of the central business corridor and residential areas the town.

With its winding streets, rounded corners, and tree-lined boulevards, Vandergrift today retains much of the original architectural flavor established by the Olmsted firm. For those of you unfamiliar with Vandergrift, it is nestled along the banks of the Kiskiminetas River, in a borough in Westmoreland County PA, 40 miles east of Pittsburgh.
